  Claims Mission
    We handle ALL claims fairly and pay them promptly if they are payable.
  Service Standards
– Acknowledge a claim notification within 3 business days from date of notification
– Pay claim within 7 business days from the date the claim amount is concluded.
– Acknowledge complaint within 3 business days from the date of complaint
– Our Principal Officer responds to claimant’s appeal within 14 working days from the date of appeal.
– Encourage dis-satisfied claimant to refer matter to FIDReC whose decision is binding on us.
