Decisions made by Directors and Officers of a Company in their everyday corporate life expose themselves to litigation from various external interests such as shareholders, customers, suppliers, creditors, employees etc. The D & O Cover affords financial protection against the legal liability including costs and expenses of litigation against the Directors and Officers for alleged wrongful acts and decisions. The policy does not, however, cover dishonest, fraudulent, criminal or malicious acts or omissions of the Directors and Officers.

In the present day context of increasing legal battles, it is impossible for Directors and Senior Officers to work with a free mind without adequate financial protected against possible litigation against them. We require a duly filled in Proposal Form and the latest Annual Report of the Company to quote our terms for this Policy.
