Motor Claims
1. What documents do I need to submit a claim?

You’ll need:

  • Your policy number and personal details.
  • Vehicle registration details.
  • Accident information (such as the date, time, location and registration plate numbers of the vehicles involved).
  • Supporting documents such as photos of the damage, CCTV footage, police report and repair invoices (if any).
2. When do I need to make a police report?

Always make a police report if the accident involves any of the following:

  • Someone is injured or dies
  • A hit-and-run situation occurs
  • A government vehicle or government property is involved
  • A foreign vehicle is involved
  • A pedestrian/cyclist/PMD rider is involved
  • A vehicle has caught fire
  • Vandalism
3. What should I do if the accident happens in Malaysia
  • If the accident occurs in Malaysia, you need to lodge a police report at the nearest Malaysia Police Station.
  • If you need roadside assistance or towing, you can call any one of our Premier Workshops for assistance (Click here).
  • Once back in Singapore, you will need to report the accident at our approved workshops. You should provide the approved workshop with a copy of the Malaysia police report.
4. How long does it take to process a claim?

Most claims are reviewed within 10 to 14 working days. Complex cases may take longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

5. Will I be contacted during the claim process?

Our team may contact you if we need additional information or documents.

6. What happens after my Own Damage claim is approved?

Once approved, we’ll arrange payment directly to you or to the repair workshop, depending on your policy terms.
