Our Service Standards:
Acknowledge every claim notification within 3 business days from date of notification.
Pay every claim within 7 business days from the date the claim amount is concluded.
Acknowledge any complaint within 3 business days from the date of complaint
Our Principal Officer will respond to a claimant’s appeal within 14 working days from the date of appeal.
Encourage dissatisfied claimant to refer matter to the Financial Industry Dispute Resolution Centre (FIDReC), whose decision is binding on us.
